Have your flares changed over the years?

God bless you. I have had FM for 43 years and it does get more symptoms. I now have night sweats which all part of FM. I can take none of the drugs, all side effects ended up taking away my vision. I now take 100mg of antibiotic doxycycline once a day which is all and it hardly touches the pain. so I have learned to live with it. I also have arthritis and my knees are real bad. my physiotherapist puts ims needles into them which does help.

@1kay2 thank you for taking the time to comment. I'm sorry arthritis is something you are dealing with on top of Fibro. I understand the "learning to live with it". I don't take anything specifically for pain. Doesn't mean I don't have it but it's been manageable enough that I usually can work around it and try not to let it stop me too much. Uggh night sweats are no fun. My seemed to revolve around peri-menopause and have really tapered off over last few months. For a couple years, I slept with a small fan aimed right at my face all night, LOL. Blessings to you! - M
