@mprimus Hey There. Honored to share. I take the following. I do not take them all
at the same time and I take them with food. Vitamin C and Zinc can make me sick on
my stomach as can Fish Oil, so I have to take them separate from the other vitamins and from each other! I sometimes forget to be honest.
1) Thorne Quercitin Phytosome for inflammation, 250 mg. I only take 1 a day.
2) Thorne NAC 500 mg (replenished the glutathione) and it's great for sinus drainage - I take 1/2 capsule once or twice daily. You have to play with this as it can be TOO drying.
3) Micro Ingredients D3+K2 5,000 mg/100 mg...I take 1 gel cap daily
4) Micro Ingredients B2 400 mg....2 tablets a day for migraine prevention
5) Now Vitamin C-1000....I take 1 a day.
6) Now Magnesium Glycinate 200 mg...relaxes muscles & lowers blood pressure.I take 2 a day
7) Now Zinc Picolinate 50 mg...I occasionally take 1 a day. Take with food and separate
from other vitamins and it will make me sick on my stomach.
8) Carlson Omega 3 Fish oil 2000 Gel caps....No fish burp with these. I take 1 a day and
this has to be taken separate from other vitamins as it makes me sick on the stomach if taken
with other vitamins. I don't always remember this one! Good for inflammation.
I do a protein shake in the morning with lactose free milk, frozen fruts and I put a sprinkling of Matcha powder (for your immune system) by Jade Leaf in it. People with Fibromyalgia need more protein. I use the Body Fortress Protein Powder, Vanilla. I add vanilla flavoring and 2 packets of Stevia in the raw, ice and put in blender. Delicious smoothie and filling. 30 mg of Protein. I'm sure there are other Protein Powders that are healthier, so you may need to research. I find the organic ones taste terrible.
If I take vitamins for 6 months and do not see a difference, I quit taking them.
I agree with sleep. Sleep is so important with Fibromyalgia. I have always been a light
sleeper and that is one of the contributors to Fibromyalgia.
I find I am worse in the hot humid summer months with Fibromyalgia and worse in the
winter months with arthritis from the cold/damp.
Ask your doctor please before trying any of these.
Have a most blessed day. Praying for you!
