So I use an estradiol patch at the lowest amount. Estradiol has benefits that outweigh a small risk of increased stroke. I have no other medical issues. But docs have discussed stopping HRT for many years, but agree to have me continue as that is my wish. I am surprised at all the negatives you received from the various docs you mention.
