Who is "THEY"? Tylenol in greater than 4 gm per day can cause liver damage that is not reversible. I would prefer to see bona fide reseaarch through reputable institutions. Too many times people will read Yahoo and then swear by the medical advice. It's amazing that with all the Big Pharma that we have that no one can produce a sleep aid that is suitable.

Why are you yelling at me? I was answering the question wenron8062 asked saying what they were told about TylenolPM. The they was whomever told them that. They wanted to know why someone would say that, I just told her. We were talking about dementia not liver disease from high dosages. If you want to know where it came from feel free to google it. I read it ages ago. NIH, Harvard Health, Scientific American, etc… I’m sure you can find it there.
