@asarnesejr Initially, the diagnosis of MDS can take a bit to get used to. I think in your case, the 2 different diagnosis are causing you more anxiety. I am not a Dr, but the DdX41 mutation does not seem like it could be related to a B12 issue. Unless God has immediate plans to take you, you should be around for the 5-10 yrs the first Oncologist predicted. I ran your initial CBC results through the IPSS-M calculator and attached the results. Christ can bring you peace and hope! Seek him.

thank you so much, however, my neutrophil count is .7 not 7
