@diparvij2359 Constipation is definitely a fellow traveler when Mr. Parkinsons moves into your life.. I have every confidence that I developed constipation within a week of having been coneicieved. One thing that was recommended to me was toeat 2 kiwi fruits every day. [and here's a better way to do it. I used to try to peel the litttle buggers which left at least 1/3 of the flesh still firmly attached to the peel). Treat them like a boiled egg. Cut them in half alonng the equatore Equator and put them in ahandy dandy egg cup and eat then with a spoon. I can assure you this is far better than the 'treatment of choice" in my childhood, which was Castor Oil. Mine was ppresented to me each morning in a glass of orange juice, intended to disguise the smell, taste, and viscouosity of this vile substance, but the only thing I got out of that experience was the inabililty to stand being in the same room with orange juice a refusal to dring orange juice for at least 40 years after I took control of my meals. I was not surprised in the least when I discovered that the poison RICIN is made of the castor bean. This poison has also been used in experiments to cure cancer. It wold not surprise me in the least that this vile substance could also kill cancer, thereby justifying its existence.
