I wouldn't install one if you don't have one. It's a dirty job to install and I hate portable fans because they blow dust around. It's easier to install one of those Raintree UF Under sink filters and you can use it for washing fruits and vegetables and drinking. I listened to Dr Honda's video again and she distinctly said the Baby bottle sterilizers "reduced" NTMs and the 5% vinegar and 70% ETOH killed the NTM. That said, I didn't see anything growing on those petri dishes. MAB is a lot harder to kill, so I might stick with the 5% white vinegar for 30 minutes.

FYI...did you know
some light fixtures can be replaced with a light and exhaust fan combo? When I bought house here and needed bath exhaust fan (allergic to mold), my electrician told me he could easily switch the ceiling light fixture to the combo and vent thru attic. Hadn't been diagnosed.
