What did they do to stop the pain. I am experiencing the same pain and my doctor put me on prednisone and it has done nothing. I have taken a gabapentin, two Advil and a tramadol and it is still horrible pain.

My rheumatologist put me on prednisone and just finished my course of treatment and…..well, I really do not feel any better. I do find myself pushing myself on activities that I partake in and the more I do, the better that day they feel. If I have a low key day I can hardly move my arm the next day and my left foot seems to hurt all the time as does my lower back on my right side. Waiting for follow-up with my rheumatologist!
