@soonerfan , I forgot to mention that I also had the blood pressure problem (orthostatic hypotension), with cystolic values typically dropping 20 points upon standing. I was light-headed, used a walker, and had syncope episodes. I received a prescription for Midodrin, which raises overall blood pressure numbers. I’m not really sure it’s helped, since my condition improved once I completed consolidation chemo and my numbers reached normal ranges. One important point to keep in mind: If you were diagnosed with hypertension (not hypotension) are some time in the past, you should be careful to take steps so that you readings don’t increase to dangerous values when you’re in a supine (laying down) position.

Wow, I’m glad your BP has lined out and corrected, that’s awesome!
I do take Midodrine, I tell people I live off it! LOL . I take my last dose by 4 pm.so it’s out of my system before bedtime. I take my BP regularly and keep a log, mine has not improved, Unfortunately with achieving “normal readings of my light chains” I’m still taking the Venclexta. I hope that my BP will improve. I wear my sexy socks LOL (Compression ) I’m not sure they help but I wear them.
Thank you for reaching out. Take care of yourself. Have a great day.
