I am also 3 months post op. Unfortunately, things have not been good. I've suffered with severe constipation since the surgery. I woke up at 2 a.m. with left sided pain. I took a Gas-X and it resolved. I believe mine was due to the constipation. I'm going to be having a CT scan today.

How did your CT scan turn out ?
I take metamucil every morning mixed with cranberry juice and then a hot cup of coffee....No constipation. This is a long term solution, not a once n done fix. Hope this helps you.

I had colon resection..laparoscopic AND open due to adhesions on Jan 4. I thought I was healing great. But now it has been 8 weeks and I have hot pains all across lower abdomen and stabbing pain where surgery was. I just had a THIRD cat scan and they say EVERYTHING looks fine...but I HURT and I BURN. I am SO frustrated!
