Hi Sharon31 - could you please share what exercises/diet/HRT ets you used to get such impressive improvement in your t-scores? I am 58 with osteoporosis of the spine, doing Dr Fishman yoga only at this time..Thanks a million in advance!

No I haven’t, but his online ℹ️ is great. It seems you work with his team. They will monitor your blood work and scans making adjustments where needed. If I could afford it I would.
