I hear you on the mask leak showing you have great seal and you can clearly hear and feel the air escaping. One thing, and I'm not sure if you were aware, whenever you change a mask type for resmed, you'll want to update that in your resmed app, under "Equipment" tab and select "Update mask", enter in the new mask you are using. Then, on your resmed device, go to "My Options" menu on the device's screen, select "Mask Setting," and then choose your mask type from the options (Full Face, Nasal, or Nasal Pillow). I didn't know about changing these settings at first and that was the main reason I was getting incorrect mask seal results. Hope this helps.

Thank you omlor. I am waiting for my F30i full face cushion to arrive. Then I will follow your instructions for the device to full face.

Res/Med App? First I've heard of it. Do I download it from Apple or what? Be advised I am 81 years old and not very tech savvy. I wrote down your instructions for that as well.

I appreciate all the help I can get. I do believe the CPAP is a helpful part of my wellness endeavers. I just finished another sleep over. No results are available as to the need for oxygen addition yet. Doctors are scarce down here so I won't know till the 21st of next month. In the meantime, I have ordered the full face mask because the tech interrupted my test to switch me to full face and it made a huge difference. So armed with your suggestions I look forward to a good outcome.

Sincerely,
Dana Bowen
