I have trouble with huff cough.
I've watched a couple of videos posted here and on youtube.
PD sent in a RT to show me how to huff cough.
She had her mask on the whole time!
I'm having so much pain from trying huff cough and probably aerobika session.
Just a side note I do have osteoporosis and untreated whiplash.
