Day 3 after Reclast. The only symptom I had was pain in my carpal tunnel on both hands day 2 and now almost gone. I stayed hydrated which I always do , took Tylenol for arthritis two hours prior which is 650 mg every 8 hours. This works great for bone pain since that is the most common side effect. I also took my allergy pill that I take every night Aller-Tec by Costco brand. Has 10mg Cetirizine. Thankfully so far that’s it.
