1 ReactionYes, I read a great deal as well and try to stay current on new information from the medical folks , in and our of the US and the functional, natropathic medicine community. I began having difficulty breathing very tight chest, and restricting when walking fairly short, 100 yards. During the treadmill walk in the stress test, I only made it 5 minutes and was astonished at how out of breath I was...I am used to walking 3+ miles in 45 minutes....I was shocked!
Afib support : try through the Healthunlocked community , there is a specific Afib group…mostly UK based originally but in fact used by sufferers, and their carers, from around the world…an excellent resource.
