So interesting to read all these comments about huff coughing. It causes me a lot of stress. I have been taught how to do it at my physio sessions and they have checked that I do it correctly. I have a saline nebuliser now and it works well. So tricky fitting all this airway clearance in on my 3 working days as a teacher! I am still waiting for the results of my most recent CT scan done in early August. My NTM is back but we are still watching and waiting. My pulmonary rehab sessions have been excellent and it is great being with other people in a group who have similar concerns about breathlessness and coughing etc. Exercise is great and learning to pace yourself on a daily basis is key. As we are now in the flu season we need to take extra care of ourselves. Learn to say 'no' and put yourself first. Quality of life is so important.

Yes, balance is crucial. Today we cut 2 stops from our weeks long road trip to put in some relaxation time. It's hard for me, but if I don't ration mt energy, I'm just begging for a big crash.
