Has anyone gained relief from Brachialradial pruitus with injected nerve blocks into neck area?

I had it done in VA about 10 years ago and it worked. Moved to FL and had it done but no relief

Thinking of giving it a try again, since suffering immensely

I found relief from BP thru traction. Decades ago I suffered sciatica from lumbar disc contacting sciatic nerve. Over the years I found an inversion table worked best for me to provide traction whenever I felt sciatic leg pain coming on. Usually 15 minutes of traction would take care of it.
So, I started suffering PB about 20 years ago. Not knowing what it actually was until about 5 years ago. One day I was experiencing some sciatic pain in my foot and got on the inversion table. I also happened to be having my forearm itching from PB at the same time. When I got off the table my PB had stopped as well as the sciatic pain.
I realized it was a similar condition with disc in between my neck vertebra contacting my Brachial nerves.
All that to say. I now control my PB with neck traction. When arms start to feel itchy I do my neck stretching to make it go away
