Never forget the connection to food intolerances. I had terrible anxiety before being diagnosed with Celiac disease. Try a clean diet. Whole30 or AIP. Good thoughts your way!! You are not alone. Reach out, accept your sufferings but fight like a champ!!!

@lighthouseceliac Can you tell us a bit more how your anxiety was connected to undiagnosed celiac disease?

There are hundreds of symptoms. Anxiety is/was one of many that I had. Malnutrition for so many years was hard on my nervous system. See if I can post a link to one of many articles. As my gut is healing so many symptoms are better or have vanished.
