Hi, @jayner53, and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. That is a lot to contend with. About the pituitary macroadenoma, what I'd suggest would be to check out some of the existing discussions on Mayo Clinic Connect on this topic, such as:

- Pituitary Macroadenoma-Operate or Wait https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/pituitary-macroadenoma-operate-or-wait/

- Pituitary Macroadonema Surgery Scheduled https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/pituitary-macroadonema-surgery-scheduled/

Have you had symptoms thus far from your supraclinoid internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysm?

@lisalucier Yes, pins and needles, chronic headaches, just overall feeling of lightheadedness and being "off". BP is all over the map and been told to keep low using cognitive thinking when necessary, easier said than done when you could possibly have a ticking time bomb in your head....Neurologist at MAC made appointment with surgeon urgently at HHS 4 weeks ago to no avail yet (Canada). It's a wait and see here and hope that it does not rupture in the meantime. It's too risky of a surgery to try to do both at once as they encroach upon each other pretty much so only time will tell if it doesn't become an emergency in the meantime....the macroadenoma is the least worry as he says he has seen people die and never know they had these ! Mine is large but non secretory in everyway so far and not causing any eye issues so far. The aneurysm although means no valsalva movement, no flying, no dental work, no caffeine, no ibuprofen, so many restrictions, selfishly not relative to my usual lifestyle. Ugh!
