Have surgery scheduled on 9/17 at NYU this gives me an enhanced reason to do it. Thank you found this as an affirmation of need for the surgery especially coming from a prestigious organization like Mayo clinic.

@sunrayca77 I'm glad you have a plan for your care. On Connect, we are patients like you with various experiences. Connect is not staffed by Mayo doctors, but there is a lot of value in the experience of other patients. I did have spine surgery and later ankle surgery at Mayo and they truly are World class. Good luck with your procedure. Are you organized at home to be ready for your recovery and taking it easy?
