I have a 1.4 x 0.9 x 0.6 cm. supraclinoid ICA ANEURYSM AND A PITUITARY MACROADENOMA IN THE CAVERNOUS SINUS 1.2 X 1.2 X 1.1 CM. I don't see a neurologist for another two weeks. Should I push this to be seen further if I can....my dad died from an aneurysm.

Hi, @jayner53, and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. That is a lot to contend with. About the pituitary macroadenoma, what I'd suggest would be to check out some of the existing discussions on Mayo Clinic Connect on this topic, such as:

- Pituitary Macroadenoma-Operate or Wait https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/pituitary-macroadenoma-operate-or-wait/

- Pituitary Macroadonema Surgery Scheduled https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/pituitary-macroadonema-surgery-scheduled/

Have you had symptoms thus far from your supraclinoid internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysm?

I'm glad to hear you're actually seeing a neurologist so quickly, in just 2 weeks. Hopefully he will refer you to a neurosurgeon who specializes in aneurysm repair. It is true that your father's aneurysm history puts you at a higher risk and that is why I would insist on a referral to a neurosurgeon.
