Is anyone else dealing with a neurogenic cough?

One of the names I made up for my cough is “postural” if. Change positions, especially rolling over at night!
I used to have a bed that raised up my head but don’t anymore, so I try to prop myself up on pillows. Not very comfy

When I prop myself I end up sliding down so it defeats the purpose but I keep doing it every night. Changing positions definitely brings on a of coughing jag. I don’t get why.
