Breathe in warm steam.
BUY, NOT MAKE YOURSELF, salt water nasal spray.
(TAP WATER IS DANGEROUS TO PUT IN YOUR NASAL CAVITY)

You may have a virus infection. Antibiotics do not cure virus.

Samiliar is no tap water flushing ears or eyes. Boil and distill.
