Welcome @billandmary, I only have numbness with my neuropathy but also have lymphedema in my legs which I have to wear compression socks to control the leg swelling. I don't think you are alone with your symptoms though. There is another discussion that you might find helpful on the same topic.

I also wear a softer diabetic loose socks at night when I take the compression socks off. I've found that bamboo fiber socks are really soft and comfortable but might not work if you have a burning feeling for symptoms.
