It was Benedryl we were talking about. There is some thinking that Benedryl now can contribute to dementia. OTC sleep aides used to all have Diphenhydramine(benedryl) in them.
I believe the ACB list is Anticholinergic Burden…there is a calculator also that you can see where your meds are..how they could contribute to confusion, falls etc…
