Constant tinnitus: Are there any solutions?

Hearing aids helped my Tinnitus tremendously. I have hearing loss with my Tinnitus. The hearing aids
have blocked out about 90% of the Tinnitus. I wish I had gotten them sooner.
Caffiene and too much sodium personally, made my Tinnitus worse.
Find a good Audiologist to help you.

We've had much the same experience. The part about caffeine and sodium is true for me also.
