Has your retinologist explained to you why he prefers the laser treatment rather than eye injections? I was under the impression that the newer more effective treatment for wet macular degeneration was injections into to affected eye. I was given Eyelea injections. Treatment continued for more than a year,

Thanks for your reply.

I have been treated with Eyelea injection twice. The 2nd injection was made on August 20, 2025 but without improvement on the blurry vision of my left eye. I don't have eye floaters.

Also I have been treated with ultrasonic test to find out whether my macular vein has been oocculated. Fortunately it is not.

I'll take another follow-up visit on Sept 12, 2025, next Friday. What questions shall I ask my care doctor? Thanks
