I haven’t slept without a sleep aide in 22 years…. I’ve been on Quetiapine since December… it takes 4 or more hours to make me sleepy… but usually I sleep well after I get to sleep…
I've used the Zopiclone for just over a year. 7.5mg left me too "good for nothing" the next day. I need the Zopiclone to make me sleepy, otherwise it can take hours to fall asleep. I get about 2-3 hours of good sleep, then more tossing and turning. I'd sure like to sleep all night but I think I have a better chance of winning a lottery than that.
