Has anyone tried microcirulation therapy for wound healing?
Do you think by introducing CO2, a natural vasodilator, enhances wound healing to diabetic type 2 patients? Like what [a CO2 infusion device] supersaturated CO2 vapor does? I just want to know opinions on this matter. Thank you

Hi @evahlinear,
You'll note that your post was edited and the medical device company name removed since it is not FDA approved. We can certainly continue the conversation without naming brand names. What has been your experience with microcirculation therapy?
Apologies, I did not know. No worries, this is just about my mother. We tried a foot bath therapy with water infused with CO2(different brand) but when the other product was just introduced by a friend with the same principle but cheaper and handy. I just want to know if it effective or what not, and I am still open to any other non-invasive treatment recommendation in enhancing circulation. Thank you
Hi @evahlinear, I initially used CO2 therapy, hoping to find ways to increase my cardio workout....Do you have any information on portable devices like this?
Hi @evahlinear and @growyourflow,
I'd like to welcome you to Connect and let you know that we are glad to have you as part of our community.
There are many studies that have shown CO2 therapy to be beneficial in improvement of diabetic foot ulcers by increasing blood flow to the affected foot, and decreasing necrosis; you may wish to read these two recently published studies

I also found an active clinical trial about the use of carbonated water baths, that might interest you: http://bit.ly/2lK9nXB
@brookssh, you've mentioned CO2 laser therapy, although for a different condition, and I was wondering if you had any insights that might help @evahlinear and @growyourflow?
@kanaazpereira , the articles you've posted were really helpful. The CO2 device seem acts on a same principle in introducing CO2, this will be a better alternative than the foot bath too. Thank you so much. 🙂
