I encourage you to make an appointment with an Endodontist to scan and review. Cost likely $350. But ask. They should have a Machine that scans in 3D . No dentist I’m aware of has an x-ray machine that can do more than 2D. Have your dentist send the scans or X-rays they’ve taken in advance of your appointment.
I had similar terrible pain and thought for certain that it was my upper teeth. The pain was in my sinus and ear as well. But the endodontist confirmed the teeth were not the cause. The ENT put me on Augmentin for 12 days , and even after 60 days the following ; Fluticasone 1x every day , saline nasal wash 3x every day, Levocetrizine 1x every day, Azelestine 1x just started. (Btw two attempts with Amoxicillin didn’t work.)
But the ENTs plan worked !!! I’m pain and infection free. But it’s taken 2 1/2 months and likely will need another month to totally shake this
