Hi pacathy it's Barbara from the BE blog. We may have discussed it also on the BE blog when I posted it as a heading. I will be interested in knowing all the positive changes you experience. My concern, if I remember correctly, is that some people have an increase in inflammation with it. Have you heard that????

In my online research I found that there are some ongoing law suits against the company that produces dupixent. The law suits claim the company didn't inform patients of the danger that dupixent may cause a rare type of lymphoma.

Just saw this...I have seen the info about the rare cases of paradoxical inflammation like joint pain, conjunctivitis, eosinophilia, etc.

I've only had the loading dose plus one and just have the redness at injection site which resolves in day or 2. I had it sometimes with xolair, too. With dry eyes already, I was concerned about conjunctivitis and am using OTC drops.

I looked at studies on the cases of lymphoma in asthma patients, too. There's a recent study by KSK Ma in European Resp. Journal. They confirmed association , but still found "Dupilumab was also associated with significantly lower all-cause mortality."
I'll have to make sure I get periodic skin checks and keep eye out as more data comes in.
