Dear you, this was abt 10 years ago and they could not guarantee that you won’t get ‘more’ osteopenia or get it at all. I’m sure it’s good enough what you do right now. Exercising eating well. Unless you have had a fall and damages a vertebrae. Don’t know your age but ‘mature’ women have osteopenia, which is just a word! It’s normal. We can’t compare ourselves with with young women. If you haven’t hurt yourself and have osteoporosis, do what you are doing. Exercise and take Vit D3 50,000IU fortnightly and don’t worry.

50,000 IU of D3 isn’t usually taken daily unless really deficient.
I read Short term use is ok to bring it up then reduce dose.
