I just remembered what is the reason AlgaeCal can promise what they say. My doctor was on to it as the increase was just too much, so to say. Please read attachment. Lena
Dear you, this was abt 10 years ago and they could not guarantee that you won’t get ‘more’ osteopenia or get it at all. I’m sure it’s good enough what you do right now. Exercising eating well. Unless you have had a fall and damages a vertebrae. Don’t know your age but ‘mature’ women have osteopenia, which is just a word! It’s normal. We can’t compare ourselves with with young women. If you haven’t hurt yourself and have osteoporosis, do what you are doing. Exercise and take Vit D3 50,000IU fortnightly and don’t worry.
