No, take it upon waking and don't lie down for at least 1/2 hour. Then breakfast if you wish

I have been on Risedronate for two years. My spine dexascan showed improvement. (My hip got worse, but that is likely because I had pelvic radiation.)
The monthly pill is easy! I take it with lots of water and remain upright for at least an hour. (The directions say 30min but I don’t want to take chances.)
