Constant tinnitus: Are there any solutions?

My physician said there’s really no guarantee a hearing aid will stop the tinnitus. I’d love to be able to take a test drive before I invest.

Have you tried any earbuds before

My hearing aids have an option of setting it to Tinnitus, which provides a background noise. I have moved on to a paid app called "Calm", which allows you to choose the kind of music you like (no words, and you can add nature sounds - up to 3 - to your music). I found that the best choice for me is music that dogs like! You will find the kind of sounds you like, then focus on them. You will learn that you can filter out the ringing in the ears.

Most sellers of custom hearing aids are required to give a 30 day trial period and must take them back within that timeframe if they don’t suit you.
