I have severe rib pains also. That was one of my complaints that lead to my diagnosis. It was so bad I thought they might be fractured. The ribs pain never goes away. Anyone has any suggestions.

What does your hematologist/oncologist say? Pain in spine and chest is something that should be looked into. What diagnostic testing has been done?
Here’s where I worry that members will worry unnecessarily if it turns out to be something else, and since I’m not medically trained I can’t know, but the Mayo literature says that this should be checked out sooner rather than later. If that has happened and you are still having pain, don’t be afraid to get a second, or even third opinion.
What diagnostic testing has been done and why does your hem/onc doctor say you have had no relief?
I’ll post what Mayo has to say in the comments. Please let me know what you find out.

I have had rib pain when first diagnosed my hem on could not explain if or why the IgG kappa elevation causes it however could be from inflammation.
You could try omega 3 fatty acids if your doctor approves.
