Well my Kappa is 143.4. My Lambda is 75.4 and ratio 1.9. I have some significant inflammatory issues which likely the cause of high #s. As long as ratio is near normal and M protein stays low, now at .5, my hematologist is just monitoring it. How is your ratio?
