Many people have success following Dr Jonathan Aviv's The Acid Watcher Diet (Reflux). He wrote 2 books and the idea is to eat alkaline foods rather than acidic foods. There's a Facebook support group. It's takes some time to learn all the stuff (there's tons of do's and don'ts).
