I have elevated EBV and am 75 years of age.

I am a VERY active older adult and was blindsided by EBV about 6 months ago. Symptoms include fatigue, weight gain, limited concentration, depression and lack of gusto. I see that there are MANY online groups and patients trying a variety of supplements and "remedies". I am asking if. there are ANY known proven methods (other than sleep and hydration) that I pursue to improve my quality of life. Thanks very much

Of course! It’s called spike tri- support on Amazon (with Nattokinase, Bromelain, and Turmeric). I tried to post the link but it won’t let me. It took me two bottles to feel a difference and I’ve had long covid about the same amount of time as you. I hope it helps! And thanks for sharing those supplements!

I have had Chronic Active EBV since 1994. Felt like a guinea pig with MD's trialing medications. Finally in 1995 Acyclovir 400mg daily with Provigil 200mg is still my cure to this day. I have the rare EBV as I have Chronic Active. If I stop taking the Acyclovir and get bit by mosquitoes my Epstein Barre becomes active which makes my skin ( in a small area, last yr was my entire left thigh) hurt like a bad sunburn. The Acyclovir and Provigil saved me from disability. I also recently learned 4 drops of 5% methylene blue has been successful but you need to discuss that with your provider.
