I have some of that. I started getting treatment for GCA and PMR a little more than a year ago. I was like you, in that I didn't have headaches, but I had almost all of the other GCA symptoms, including scalp tenderness, tenderness around my ears, jaw claudication, night sweats, pain in my cheekbones, etc. I have been getting treatment for a year, and I haven't had any symptoms or flares. But it does seem like I have some scalp tenderness and also a little sensitivity around my ears. I think it was my rheumatologist who said that there can be a little "leakage" of the GCA, meaning there can be small symptoms that still occur with treatment. I don't think those sensations are significant unless they get worse or you start having other symptoms.
