Smart watch to monitor blood sugar
I am considering a Smart Watch to monitor my blood sugar. Can anyone recommend one or tell their experience using one, good and bad. Thank you.

Exactamundo!
(and if they can add a noninvasive and accurate blood *pressure* reading at the same time, better yet!)

1 ReactionThank you. Monday, I plan to contact my doctor to ask him to prescribe one of these. You have been very helpful. I’m new to this site and so glad I found it.
Blessings.

2 ReactionsYes, I’m glad you found it too. Being a part of the global diabetes community is very important, imo. This particular site is unique in that it’s so active.
Above I referred to a cgm. It’s actually called a continuous glucose monitor, not continuance. My mistake. I know that, but didn’t catch it when I proofed the post. Lol.
Good luck. Please post what you decide.

2 ReactionsThank you.
Insurance discontinued my husband glucose monitoring coverage this year due to the fact that he’s not on insulin. He has problems drawing blood with a finger stick. Are there any alternatives?

4 ReactionsWe’ve done that. Appreciate the feedback.
@stonecrest619 , that sounds bizarre. Not covering a cgm, even for type 2? Didn’t know that was legal.
