Just started this week. 5g in my coffee or in a protein smoothie. Increasing protein as well with high protein Ensure once a day. 19 months w/LC. I routinely drink water all day long, so not too worried about staying hydrated. I’m better than a year ago, but feel like recovery has hit a plateau. Fatigue and brain fog still top issues and I’m extremely cautious as to what I do during the day, so as not to overdo. Hoping these additions make “some” difference 🤞🏼

It's made a big difference for me. I started it at the end of May this year and it gradually increase my strength at least for walking. I take it in the morning 2.5 g and I've been able to increase my step count walking up and down small hills in the morning. But I still need to lay down for a couple hours in the afternoon and I go to bed early. It's not a cure but it's certainly increased what I've been able to do over the last 2+ years. You do have to stay hydrated and I too had to drink a lot of water even before this. I think this is something that should be explored by the medical community and refined to be a medication.. Like you I also take it with a protein drink with vitamins in the morning. Since sleeping is an issue I don't want to take it in the afternoon.
