I am not a doctor. I have seen many over the years. The drugs you listed are familiar.
Tramadol is an old antidepressant, used a lot now for helping with sleep
Cymbalta is an SNRI- serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor- used for depression and sometimes physical pain.
Buspar (Buspirone)-used for anxiety
Gabapentin- used for neuropathy as well as off label for pain and anxiety and mood stabilizationg
Lorazepam- a benzodiazepine, used for anxiety

I am familiar with Abilify, but have never taken it.
Ask your psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or even your Primary Care Physician to explain them. Also, Cleveland Clinic and Web MD and many others have information regarding these medications and what they are used for (they are used off label as well).
Hang in there.

Yikes! Tramadol is most certainly NOT an antidepressant. The drug you are thinking of is Trazadone. Please be factual before giving information.

I cannot diagnose but there is too much polypharmacy going on for a lot of people. Do you know the rationale for you being prescribed these medications? Can you check them on drugs.com? Are there lifestyle changes you can make so that maybe some of these meds are not needed? Have you discussed these issues with your doctors?
