hi @maryk02171 - sorry to hear about your suspicious nodule. Usually doctors will recommend a biopsy (either needle biopsy or bronchoscopy - depending on the location of the nodule) as a next step. Most lung nodules are benign, but a spiculated shape is more concerning for malignancy. Remember, it's not cancer until a biopsy proves that it is. Are you having any symptoms? What led to you getting imaging done?
