I am 59 yrs old and have been in post menopausal since age 54. It’s been a difficult beginning; this transition is no joke. I’ve experienced a lot of stress prior to this and believe it’s the reason why my symptoms were so bad. High cortisol leading to racing heartbeats, palpitations, elevated BP, insomnia, brain fog. It was so bad I thought something was wrong with heart. My PCP recommended a cardiologist who recommended a stress test, echocardiogram, and a nuclear stress test. My PCP really could help. It wasn’t until I started seeing a holistic dr that ran a bunch of blood tests, who was very knowledgeable about this kind of stuff and recommended natural supplements to assist with my menopausal issues. This year, I finally decided to go on HRT (estradiol gel) the lowest dose possible to balance out my hormones. I don’t take the full dose as recommend. I only take a
Teardrop and massage into my skin each evening. It has really helped me.
I also take magnesium glycinate and potassium before I go to bed. This really helps me to sleep better.

Hi, how do you use the estradiol gel? I have some to insert in my vagina and have been using it for 2 months.
I had Premarin cream before and it did not help the severe dryness and UTI pain that I have had for 4 months. My doctor doesn’t want to give me an estrogen patch.
