I have the same numbers as you and will not do the drugs. I have been on HRT for 2 years. You cannot just take bone drugs and not do anything else. It is a whole body approach. All the drugs stop working after awhile, that is why they switch out. The scary ones are the drugs that you lose more bone loss after you stop.

Were you post menopausal more than 10 years? And what type of doctor gave you the HRT? I sure would be interested.
