15 months of Elligard and I seem to be exhausted every day and mostly awake at night sadly...I walk and lift light weights daily and try to fight off the daytime nod offs. I would rather get a good night's sleep but it's been difficult. I guess the ADT likes the night life...)

So sorry! I'm not sure I can make it on ADT as long as you have, but I'm committed to at least a year (doctors say two). I get up about 4 times nightly, mostly to urinate but once or twice due to hot flashes. I definitely have more empathy for women going through menopause.

I'm about the same on Eligard. I take a nap every day. It's not a long one. I do the same, walk everyday and band work. The "manapause" is quite powerful! As for the sleep issues. Totally hear you there. I've taken a magnesium pill the last couple days and it does seem to help. I feel a bit more relaxed than previous. We go this fellas!!!!
