If you have these symptoms would love your input.
Been to so many Dr’s, none have a clue.
Seems spike protein has messed me up, serious chronic fatigue, lately skin feels like I had a sunburn, burns and itches. Nothing visable.
Chonic fatigue hits me hard 1-2 days a week. Leaves me utterly exhausted for days, had every test imaginable.
Do others have these symptoms? What are you doing about it? Need some help.
Once again been to so many Dr’s, all types. They know nothing about this condition.

We are all just drifting…it’s good to empathize thank you.
I had alpha in March 2020 and have had some really good improvement with similar symptoms. I take one 500 mg Lysine a day to somewhat control the skin itching and the breakouts that I have. I also take 3.5 mg of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for the fatigue and chronic inflammation. The LDN gives me almost complete pain relief and increases my energy. After taking it for four months, I am overall better and able to do so much more each day. I still have to pace myself as overdoing it will put me into bed for 2-3 days but I feel closer to my old normal...it is amazing!
Thanks.

I am so sorry you’re experiencing this! I have long Covid and now have a serious long-term lung disease. I can sympathize for sure. I hope you find some relief.
I am sorry to hear that as well. So devastating to think we would all be healthy if that virus wasn’t released from the lab.
Hi. I hate hearing this about you. I Just hate it. Writing about this stuff does help me but ultimately we are all suckers. Western medicine got us into this situation, it will not get us out, they don't want to admit the truth.
This is sad to say but I am on my final leg, balancing life, work, family...while being sick as a dog for 3 full years. As a single-income earner my family is about to fall, and all I can do is watch from this infected body.
Here is my reality, June 2021-present
-Sun-Tue or Mon-Wed, every week since I got the Moderna booster, I've been sick - covid/vax reactivates my depression, suicidal thoughts, my system goes haywire, sweaty, can't control body temp, dilated eyes, pure panic situation, etc.
-I am no longer myself. I've cut off my friends, it's too exhausting to maintain anything, really, much less a relationship. They can't understand what I'm going through
-I've tried more than a few treatments, HBOT, NAD+, nicotine, LDN, plus others. None help reduce my symptoms, thousands of dollars down the drain.
-Money at some point goes dry, I'm at that point.
No one cares, I probably wouldn't either if I was healthy. That's a cold hard fact. I will work to protect my family and then determine how best to live/not live the rest of my life. This is not a temporary problem.
I can't do this any longer.
That sounds hormonal. I've had many of those symptoms since having COVID. After (going on) three years of that - and, oh, so much more - I have adrenal insufficiency. I had to push and push and push for help. I had labs for HRT with low DHEA. That was the first clue for my doctor. He was not interested in the crippling fatigue, panic attacks, sweating, lack of refreshing sleep. I could not stay hydrated. He's been aware for months. I've required IV fluids repeatedly. Finally, he ordered a cortisol lab. Practically non existent cortisol.
Very long story short, I'll see an endocrinologist late next month for more testing to determine the cause of adrenal insufficiency.
My message for you is that those symptoms indicate HPA axis dysregulation which COULD BE from hormones. Whether that's due to COVID, the vaccine, perimenopause, or menopause, I hope this gives you a new avenue to pursue that provides relief.
It sounds like you are experiencing Post Exertional Malaise, a deep fatigue or energy crash after minimal or usual activity. “Pacing” can be helpful to avoid or lessen these energy crashes.
I have found good explanations on YouTube by searching “Bateman Center Post exertional Malaise” and other Long Covid posts by Bateman Center. Also good help on YouTube searching “Long Covid Treatment Explained A Comprehensive Patient Guide UT Texas”
That should get you started in some helpful information.
Low dose Naltrexone has good study data to support using it. Personally, I have had a good response to taking Valacyclovir, an antiviral. You need to find a physician who is willing to give things a try that have some evidence and dosing guidance available and do your own homework to know what you want to ask for. Search for a Long Covid Clinic in your area or that would do online tele visits to find better help.
I am so so sorry. I really truly hope you find some relief and summary recovery.
It's GONNA get better. Our systems have been hammered big time with something that causes these inflammatory episodes...Dr Paul Anderson on youtube explains it all. What's causing what, and what's actully working for the affected. He's legit.xoxox.Stay in the fight. You will get through this...
