Can you tell me the name of the powdered probiotic and fiber supplement that you take that mixes with water? I am in my fourth week of taking the Zepbound and now have found the Laxiclear and the Benefiber aren't working as well as they were in the beginning. Thank you.

Sugar Free Natural Fiber Powder- Prebiotic Fiber Supplement. I get it from Target, it is their Up&Up Brand. 125 doses for under $13. I watch for sales. I use 3 spoonfuls. I have never tried Benefiber so I’m not sure if it works better. I think the Generic Colace-stool softener helps too! It’s Docusate Sodium 100mg. I took pictures to show you but whoops no way to attach them. Try to up your fiber from food too if you can. I know it can be miserable until you find the perfect concoction. Best wishes!
