I've have very similar problems. Mine started thanksgiving 2024. Mine started with ear or brain buzzing which sounds like a constant background noise; also had neck and right shoulder pain. The next week I had extreme head aches which resulted in me crying with pain and going to hospital. The standard blood/urine tests were taken. MRI and cat scans were taken of head and heart as they thought it was an aneurysm or heart attack. In December I had another episode and again went to hospital and had MRIS of my neck and head again. Noticed a small bleed but was told many people have this and was not a big deal. Went to physical theory and my shoulder and neck pain went away after needling. Echoing and buzzing in ear persisted with headaches. January went to hospital again and after crying on the gurney for 20 minutes pain went away. I gave up on medical treatment and began reading about possible cause, was getting frustrated and desperate. I'm 72 years old but still active, but noticed after working out side I would get exhausted and very dizzy after an hour or 15 minutes if in 85 degree weather or more (March- august 2025). Ive seen there different neurologists and was given gabapentin and pre-gabapentin, but did nothing to help. First of august 2025 aches returned to crying and lossing control of speech and motor controls also was throwing up. Emergency room placed me on a migraine cocktail and regained control of speech and could walk again. This lasted for a half hour after being discharged. Was headed for Barnes hospital with medical records, but back to emergency room and received another migraine cocktail 4:00pm. I has quit taken my citalopram and it was causing my headaches now. Back on meds now head aches are better. Light sensitivity is getting better. Been staying inside house for four days now and eating a high magnesium diet and taking it very easy. Still have the original dizziness and ear/brain buzzing, not able to drive safely. Hope my dizziness gets better so I can drive in a few more days. cluster headaches and migraines much worse than dizziness and ear/brain buzz. I feel for you friend; never thought getting old was this painful and deabilitating.

That sounds horrible. How was your health prior to Thanksgiving 2024?
